Just Me and Her

Well last night Kenzee and I watched the first part of Tin Man, she didn't quite want to make it much further, the little one almost passed out covered in strawberry ice cream.  So I cleaned her up and brushed her teeth and she picked out Mama Mia as her bedtime movie.  Then I sat with her for a few minutes until I saw the heaviness of her eyes take over.  I kissed her forehead and left the room, but just as I got to the door I heard her little voice, barely loud enough to hear, "I love you Mama!".  Oh how my heart melted hearing that, I never do get tired of it either.  I woke up this morning to her rubbing my cheek and telling me my new purple hair was "BEAUTIFUL!".  See purple happens to be Kenzee's favorite color (which you can find out along with her other favorites at this time on her personal page!)  Today was filled with building castles (inspired by our recent trip), coloring, and just taking and singing to each other.  Just her and me.  Her Aunt Jenn came over and cleaned our carpet and vacuumed our furniture and Miss Mckenzee got to help her, she even blew up a balloon for her (probably the highlight of the visit!).  However all the fun tuckered her out and she fell asleep face down on my mother-in-laws bed watching Dora's Birthday Adventure.  My little cutie!  Well I should go wake her up and then I have some cleaning downstairs to do...dishes and such!  Fun fun fun for me!
