Semi-Motivated

Well I started this day with a plan in mind...needless to say it did NOT go according to my plan. I invited my sister-in-law over and had her fix my hair. It needed it after the pond fiasco ruined the color! Turns out my head is the first she has dyed the hair of. She did an awesome job though and I think I will surely keep her in mind for the next time I would like to do something with my hair, she may even know of someone who would cut my hair for WAY less than going to the hairdresser (and with less lopsidedness than me doing it myself). So I like my hair that is the first thing I can say about today.

Then I wanted to do some cleaning because some of the clutter was starting to fall and make an even bigger mess. I wanted to get the kids and my room done however it seems I am easily distracted as I clean off my desk, straightened up a little of my bookshelf and then played with my new candles from my recent Partylite party! Boy what I wouldn't give to have a bedroom for myself that looked like it was taken from a picture in a catalog! I suppose I am not the only person who dreams like that but I had to share. I would also love the fix up my kids rooms to look like some rooms I have seen in a Pottery Barn Catalog!

Now that the day is actually ending not too long from now I am realizing that my motivation has left the building and I will have to make myself a To-Do list in order to keep myself on track! So perhaps tonight when I take out Mckenzee's clothes for tomorrow and set up my stuff for the morning, I will take the time to make up a short one (I do not want to overwhelm myself) that requires me to do some of the bigger things I need to do like Miss Mckenzee's room and my abyss o'stuff!

Well now that my daughter is getting herself in some trouble due to her hunger and lack of personal attention at this time, I must say ciao for now. Tonight it is BREAKFAST FOR DINNER! One of my favorites....I love me some ham, egg and cheese on a bagel! More later faithful readers!
